We had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Robbins at a private event. This is the second year in a row that I called on Mr. Robbins to help with our sound system needs in a private home. He was on-time, courteous and very conscientious as I absolutely expected from our previous interaction. John goes above and beyond what I expect and it means a great deal to me and the University that he is willing to work and be so helpful on a Sunday. This is an annual event for us and I fully intend to reach out to John next year for the same services.  While I realize that our event and needs are minimal and shall I say small potatoes to what I assume most of your customer’s needs are John’s friendly demeanor and helpfulness do not waiver. He is happy to help no matter how big or in this case how small the event is.
